Good morning Book Clubbers! How was your long weekend? How have you been enjoying the INTRODUCTION to Let It Go?
The Intro of the book explains how WE define forgiveness and how it’s ACTUALLY defined. Many of us carry misconceptions on what it means to actually forgive.
How did you feel when the workbook instructed you to explore yourself from the childhood? Who and what shaped you? What hurt you and how have those painful experiences influenced who you have become. How have painful experiences inhibited WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE BECOME?
Let’s take this Introduction week to focus on ourselves. Identify the emotional debris that you’ve been hauling around all these years and let’s begin to discard it! Once you take out your own personal trash, you begin to operate in your full capacity.
Who would you be if you were operating at your FULL capacity?
