Your privacy is non-negotiable. All participants agree to a legally enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We have never had issues, and this policy protects every member and the integrity of the program. (Review the NDA)

You’ll receive the NDA digitally to sign before your cohort begins.

How It Works

• Live Weekly Calls: We meet once per week via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for 60–120 minutes.
• Replays Available: Can’t make it live? Recordings are provided. With just four meetings total, please plan to attend live whenever possible.
• 4-Week Commitment: This is a focused, high-touch experience designed for momentum and measurable growth.

Access to Naja During the Mastermind

You’ll have direct access to Naja throughout the 4-week process. If you need additional support, you’ll receive access to her calendar to schedule brief check-ins or request a private session when appropriate.

Because every cohort is unique, custom support is offered as needed—including brief 1:1s, partner conversations, or joint sessions to move the needle.

Your Personalized Plan

Although this is a group program, each participant receives tailored guidance and personalized “workups” based on her specific family dynamics. In some cases Naja may request:

• A short 1:1 check-in
• A brief conversation with your partner
• A joint session to align on boundaries and next steps

This is an all-hands-on-deck experience with real-life results in mind.

Each member is personally selected by Naja to ensure alignment and safety. We review applications, social media, and conduct brief interviews to maintain the exceptional standard our past participants love.

Community Standards (Read Before Enrolling)

• Stay On Topic: This program is solely for your growth as a stepmom. Discussions of religion or politics are not allowed here.
• Respect Is Mandatory: Disrespect, disruption, or attempts to derail the group will result in immediate dismissal without refund.
• Confidentiality: Sharing another member’s story outside the group violates the NDA and will trigger removal.

We strictly enforce all rules to protect the culture and safety of this space.

Guarantees & Refund Policy

• Change of Heart (Before Start): Full refund if you cancel before the cohort begins—no questions asked.
• Can’t Attend This Round: If something comes up before the first live call, we’ll transfer your seat to the next cohort (typically the following month).
• Mid-Cohort Policy (Suggested):
  • Within 7 days or after Session 1 only: 50% refund or a one-time full transfer to the next cohort.
  • After Session 2 begins: No refunds (transfer option may be offered at Naja’s discretion).
• Dismissal for Rule Violations: No refunds for removal due to disrespect, confidentiality breaches, or off-topic disruption.
